November 15, 2017 Mountaineers Defeat Spalding in Season Opener Berea, KY- The men's basketball team welcomed Spalding University to the Seabury Center for their first home game of the 2017-18 season.  Berea was able to maintain the lead for most of the game and in the end defeated the Golden Eagles 68-53.

March 1, 2017 #3 Berea Rolls Past #6 Florida National in 2017 USCAA National Championship Tournament Uniontown, PA- #3 seed Berea used a 13-0 run in the second half to pull away from the #6 seed Florida National University Conquistadors to win their opening round game of the 2017 USCAA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship. Richard Parker's 24 second half points helped the team win by a final score of 90-75.
February 21, 2017 #3 Berea Drops Season Finale Against Kentucky Christian University Grayson, KY- Berea finished the home portion of their regular season schedule this past Saturday with a 96-91 win against Midway University. Today, after learning on Monday they were the #3 seed in the upcoming 2017 USCAA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship Tournament, the Mountaineers went on the road to play their final regular season game. The conclusion of the regular season came against the Kentucky Christian Knights.
February 18, 2017 #7 Berea Sends Seniors Off With Win in Home Season Finale Against Midway University Berea, KY- #7 Berea returned to the Roland Wierwille Court this afternoon, concluding the home portion of their schedule and celebrating the three seniors on the team during senior day. The team welcomed Midway College to the Seabury Center.
February 8, 2017 #9 Berea Claims Win Against Wilbeforce University 79-63 Berea, KY- Riding a three game winning streak, #9 Berea returned to the Roland Wierwille Court earlier tonight looking to continue their momentum as they move towards an at-large bid to the USCAA National Championship. They hosted the Wilberforce University Bulldogs, a team they fell to earlier in the season on the road, in the Seabury Center for the Carbon Neutral "Green" Game.
February 5, 2017 #9 Mountaineers Use Second Half Rallies to Beat Warren Wilson College Berea, KY- #9 Berea came back to the Seabury Center this afternoon to play their final game of the USCAA Classic Tournament. Today's contest saw them go against fellow USCAA conference member the Warren Wilson Owls. A previous matchup a week ago saw Berea win 93-78 when they traveled their last week.
February 3, 2017 #8 Berea Takes Down #6 Florida College in USCAA Classic 71-59 Berea, KY- #8 Berea returned to their home court this evening, comepting as the host in the USCAA Classic Tournament. The team took on the #6 Florida College Falcons of the USCAA.
January 31, 2017 Maryville College Pulls Away in Second Half to Defeat #8 Mountaineers Maryville, TN- A three-game winning streak came to an end for #8 Berea, as they dropped their road contest against future USA South Athletic Conference opponent the Maryville College Scots. The final score of the contest was 84-67.
January 28, 2017 #8 Berea Rallies Past Warren Wilson College Swannanoa, NC- #8 Berea, up one spot from the previous USCAA Men’s Basketball Division I Coaches Poll, returned to the court after a 102-68 victory against Ohio University-Chillicothe this past Wednesday. The team took the court against USCAA opponent, the Warren Wilson College Owls, looking to move their winning streak to three games.

January 20, 2017 #9 Mountaineers Drop Road Contest Against Piedmont College Demorest, GA- The men's basketball returned to the court this evening within a couple of hours of the most recent edition of the USCAA Men's Basketball Division I polls coming out, ranking as the ninth best team. The team traveled to play against future USA South Conference opponent, the Piedmont College Lions.
January 17, 2017 #6 Berea Falls At Home Against Kentucky Christian University Berea, KY- The men's basketball team looked to return to their winning ways against the visiting Kentucky Christian University Knights this evening on the Roland Wierwille Court in the Seabury Center. The team came into the contest ranked as the sixth best team in the USCAA.
January 14, 2017 #6 Berea Drops Road Contest Against Wilberforce University Wilberforce, OH- The men's basketball team, moving up one spot to #6 in the most recent USCAA Division I Men's Basketball Coaches Poll, rode a seven game winning streak when they traveled to Wilberforce University this afternoon.
January 12, 2017 #7 Mountaineers Dismantle Cougars 108-74 Berea, KY- Eleven made three-point baskets along with 57% shooting from the field and double figure scoring from six players pushed the Mountaineers past the visiting University of Cincinnati-Clermont Cougars on the Roland Wierwille Court 108-74. The victory is the seventh straight win for the team.

The team welcomed the Birmingham Southern College Panthers to the Roland Wierwille Court looking to extend their four game winning streak.
December 6, 2016 #12 Mountaineers Score 17 Straight Points in Second Half, Winning on the Road at Spalding Louisville, KY-The men's basketball returned to the road this evening as they took on the Golden Flashes of Spalding University in Louisville, KY. #12 Berea overcame a halftime deficit to to win the game 77-62, moving their record to 6-3.
December 3, 2016 #12 Berea Uses Stingy Defense to Beat Oakland City University Berea, KY- This afternoon saw the conclusion of the Berea College Holiday Inn Express Classic in the Seabury Center. Today's contest saw the #12 Mountaineers, ranked this past Friday in the first week of the USCAA Division I basketball poll, walk off the Roland Wierwille Court with a 86-63 victory against the Mighty Oaks of Oakland City University.
December 1, 2016 Berea Topples Crown College 96-52 Berea, KY- Tonight was the opening game of the Berea College Holiday Inn Express Classic at the Seabury Court. Patrons in attendance saw the Mountaineers take on the visiting Royal Crusaders of Crown College (TN) on the Roland Wierwille Court.

They entered the tournament as the #7 seed and took on the #2 seed Washington Adventist University Shock.

February 16, 2016 Mountaineers Finish Regular Season With Win Against KCU 81-73 Grayson, KY- The men’s basketball team took to the hardwood tonight in what was their final regular season game. Berea traveled to Grayson, KY to take on the Kentucky Christian University Knights, a team they defeated 94-75 earlier in the season in January.
February 13, 2016 Berea Loses Close Contest Against Johnson University on Senior Day Berea, KY- The men's basketball team returned to Roland Wierwille Court after being on the road the last two games to celebrate Senior Day. Berea faced the opponent, the Johnson University Royals, a week ago and defeated them 106-96 on their home floor and looked to send their seniors out in style.
February 9, 2016 Berea Wins Road Contest Against Hiwasse College 87-62, Extends Winning Streak to Four Madisonville, TN- Berea returned to the road with a three game winning game intact tonight, this time facing Hiwasse College on their home court in Madisonville, TN. Berea faced Hiwasse back in January and defeated them 83-75 and was hoping to do the same on this occasion.
February 6, 2016 Mountaineers Win Streak Moves to Three with 106-96 Road Win Knoxville, TN- Less than 24 hours after collecting a 52 point win against UC-Clermont, the men’s basketball team returned to the hardwood. This afternoon they traveled to Knoxville, TN to take on the Johnson University Royals.
February 5, 2016 Men's Basketball Dismantles UC-Clermont 95-43 Berea, KY- After nearly a week off, the Mountaineers returned to the Roland Wierwille Court as they continue their quest for a bid to the 2016 USCAA Basketball National Championship. Tonight’s game against USCAA Division II opponent the University of Cincinnati-Clermont, was billed as the Green Game, the annual carbon neutral game. Berea came into the contest tied for ninth in the Division I polls.
