Berea Suffers First Loss of the Season with a 0-2 Loss to Earlham
Richmond, IN - The Women's Soccer team took to Indiana for their first road game of the season against Earlham which didn't have the turnout Berea had hoped.  Berea suffered its first loss of the season losing 2-0.

The first goal was scored by Earlham about a minute into the first half from 18 yards out. Fortunately, that was the only goal allowed by the opponent until 12 minutes into the second half. That would be the final score of the game.

Although Earlham had a team total of 26 shots, Berea's goalkeeper, Riley Wolf had 15 saves for the game. For Berea's offense, Sohara Perez and Grace Casicola each had 3 shots while Caitlin Taulbee and Jaquie Zimmerman each had one shot.

The Lady Mountaineer will return home on Wednesday, September 16 to play against Mount St. Joseph at 6:00.
