Women's Soccer Drops Game Against Kentucky Wesleyan

Berea, KY - The Berea College women's soccer team came up just short in a defensive battle in a 3-0 setback against NCAA Division II's Kentucky Wesleyan.

The first half saw a gritty defensive matchup as neither team was able to score a goal. Berea's Amber Follin was able to record 4 saves in the game to KY Wesleyan's 2. Another highlight for the Mountaineers was Sierra Massucco's 3 shots on goal.
In the second half it was all Panthers as they would score three goals and shut the Mountaineers out to prevail 3-0.
With the loss Berea drops to 2-7-1. The Mountaineers hope to end their four game losing steak Wednesday as they face Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, KY at 4:00PM.
