BEREA, KY. - The Berea College Mountaineers hosted USA South Conference rival Huntingdon College and fell 7-2
In doubles, the #1 doubles team of
Agnes Dotse put up a strong effort their match but lost 8-1.
CJ Verbeck and
Lisa Mangin, the #2 doubles team dropped their match 8-0. #3 doubles team
Kaylee Jorgenson and
Stephanie Itumba lost their match 8-1.
In singles, the Mountaineers lost all 6 singles matches. #2 singles
CJ Verbeck was able to win 1 game in her match and lost 6-1, 6-0. #4 singles
Lisa Mangin won a game in her match and lost 6-0, 6-1. #6 singles
Grace Faiz put in a great effort in her match but lost 6-3, 6-2.
The Mountaineers will be back in action March 13th, visiting LaGrange College.
