The Mountaineers travelled on the road for a mid-week game against the Oakland City Mighty Oaks. The Mountaineers were able to score the first goal of the game inside the 1-minute mark thanks to Alyssa Tittsworth's goal. However, the Mountaineers were unable to hold the lead, and lost the game 5-3.
 
The Mountaineers after scoring the first goal gave up 4 goals in the 1^st half. However, the Mountaineers were able to get back one more before the end to make it 4-2 going into the 2^nd half. Unfortunately the Mountaineers were unable to make a comeback and lost 5-3.   
 
The Mountaineers registered 22 shots, 4 saves, 5 corner kicks, and 10 fouls in the game.
