The Berea College Men's soccer team suffered a loss against Anderson University on Tuesday at Macholtz Stadium. In the first half at the 17:14 minute mark The Ravens managed to score a free-kick putting them in a 1-0 lead against the Mountaineers. While the Mountaineers were in desperate need for a goal to tie The Ravens at the 21:50 minute mark
Julio Vargas-Aguilera(#7) a forward scored a beautiful free-kick against The Ravens putting them back on board.
The Ravens (3-5) and the Mountaineers (1-5-1) closed out the first half with a 1-1 tie. Anderson pulled away with three goals in the second half. The Mountaineers starting goalie
