LAGRANGE, Ga.- This weekend the Berea College men's soccer team traveled to LaGrange, Ga. to battle the LaGrange College Panthers. This ultimately ended up being a Berea loss, 2-0.

With the loss, the Mountaineers fall to 7-4-3 overall and 1-2-1 in CCS play.

The Mountaineers struggled offensively as they fired off just six total shots.
 
Berea held strong throughout the first half leading into the second half with a 0-0 tie. Throughout the second half, LaGrange managed to sneak two goals past the Mountaineers. Berea notched 11 saves, five fouls, and two corner kicks.

The Mountaineers return to the pitch on Tuesday, hosting Asbury University. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Berea College Sports Complex.
