Collegiate Conference of the South Press Release

BEREA, Ky. – The Berea College women's tennis team was voted eighth in the 2023 Collegiate Conference of the South Women's Tennis Coaches' Poll, conference officials announced.

The Mountaineers received 11 points in the poll.

Piedmont University holds the top spot with 47 total points and five first-place votes. Covenant College lands in second place with three first-place votes and 45 points. Huntingdon College and Maryville College are tied in third place with 30 points each.

Agnes Scott College checks in fifth place, receiving 29 points. Belhaven University and LaGrange College received 20 and 12 points, respectively, and landed in sixth and seventh place.

The Berea College women's tennis team begins their spring season on Thursday, Feb. 16th traveling to Knoxville, Tenn. to face Johnson University- Tennessee.
