Berea, KY - In a spectacular display of shooting prowess, Jayden Merriweather led the charge for the Berea Mountaineers, sinking an impressive 6 three-pointers, propelling her team to a commanding 76-58 triumph over Belhaven. The Mountaineers capitalized on scoring opportunities, collecting 22 points off turnovers while maintaining an exceptional free throw percentage, shooting at an impressive 80% from the line.

Merriweather, delivering a standout performance, notched 23 points and secured 7 rebounds, asserting herself as the leading scorer for the team. LynKaylah James displayed her consistent excellence, achieving yet another double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Adding to this stellar performance was Drea Satori, who contributed 12 points, securing a notable position on the leader board.

The Mountaineers will head off to Wesleyan College on Friday, January 26th to continue taking down their CCS opponents.
