BEREA, KY – The Mountaineers secured a hard-fought victory over Bluffton in a competitive five-set match, winning 3-2 with set scores of 25-20, 18-25, 16-25, 25-20, and 15-12. The Mountaineers showcased a strong overall performance, recording 50 assists, 55 kills, and 76 digs, demonstrating their balanced team effort.

Deanna De La Torre, who led the offense with 18 kills and a .298 hitting percentage, in addition to 9 digs and 2 blocks.
Adrianna Ocasio Fonseca added 14 kills with an impressive .353 hitting percentage and contributed 5 digs. Senior
Idymel Ayala Rivera directed the offense with 32 assists while also recording 13 digs.
Amelie Cora anchored the defense with a team-high 24 digs.
