SHELBYVILLE, IN - The Berea College women's cross-country team recorded an impressive second-place finish in the 6K run on Saturday at Earlham College. The team secured victories over competitors including Manchester, Transylvania, Rose-Hulman, Franklin, Anderson (IN), and Earlham.
Junior
Madison Stonestreet led the way with a remarkable performance, finishing first overall with a time of 22:40.27, while Sophomore
Muhorakeye Joyeuse followed closely in second place with a time of 22:56.14.
Top Performances for Berea:
The women's cross-country team will compete again on November 16 at the NCAA DIII Great Lakes Regional Championship, which will be held at Blue River Park in Shelbyville, IN.
