Berea, KY - In a disappointing turn of events, the Berea College men's basketball team suffered a stinging defeat at the hands of the LaGrange Panthers, ending the game with a score of 87-69.
The Mountaineers faced significant challenges in both field goal and free throw percentages, with all stat summaries remaining below 50%. The Panthers took advantage of Berea's struggles, capitalizing on mistakes and securing 16 points and 25 points in fast break scenarios. In contrast, Berea managed to score only 9 points off LaGrange's errors and had a mere 2 points in fast break situations.
