ALLIANCE, OHIO- Mountaineers try to better their marks in order to qualify for the Division Three Indoor Nationals.
One standout performer of the day was
Kymiah Blair, who blazed through the 200m race, finishing in first place with an impressive time of 25.28. Despite her exceptional performance in the 400m, clocking in at 58:85, Blair narrowly missed the qualifying mark on that event. Among the other notable performances were
Jerneisha Lewis, who recorded a time of 10.90 in the 60mh,
Jakeisha Lewis leaping to 4.90m in the long jump and 10.25m in the triple jump,
Elise Kemp throwing 11.18m in the weight throw, and
Kristin Fischli racing to a time of 2:24.16 in the 800m.
Larry Branch and
Christoff Mendy also showcased their speed and agility in the 200m dash, with Branch finishing in 23.51s and Mendy close behind at 23.87s. Mendy also had a solid time of 51.96 in the 400m. Â
