Berea, KY - Tiler Baah has been named the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Berea College Athletics. Baah returns to the S&C team after recently completing a two-year stint in the College's BereaCorps program in an Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach role.
Of the appointment, Director of Athletics Ryan Hess shared, "We are so fortunate to have Tiler back in this elevated role. The impact he has made within S&C is significant and the relationships he's built with our student-athletes are invaluable. I'm excited to see the continued growth of our strength and conditioning program under Tiler's leadership and guidance."
BereaCorps is a unique, grant-funded program that provides recent Berea graduates with the opportunity to work in staff positions at the College to gain professional experience. BereaCorps employees earn an hourly wage in a full-time staff position that includes health insurance and other benefits. Employees sign a one-year contract from June 1 through May 31, with the option of renewing for a final second year in the program upon approval.
