Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires institutions of higher education that participate in federal student financial aid programs to complete an annual report on their intercollegiate athletics programs.
The EADA report provides information about the College’s commitment to providing equitable athletic participation opportunities for men and women and must be made readily available to students, prospective students, and the public in accordance with U.S. Department of Education regulations.
Once the data has been reviewed and approved by the Department of Education, the College’s EADA Survey results will be available on the U.S. Department of Education’s EADA website.
A paper copy of the report is available upon request.
