Biography

2024 season

Phillips contributed both on the mound and in the field. In Berea's February 27, 2024 game against Wilmington, he pitched 3 innings, allowing 4 hits and 4 earned runs while recording 2 strikeouts and 1 walk.  He also appeared in several other important games. Against Oberlin on March 2, he pitched ? of an inning and struck out a batter. 

 Against Centre on March 12, he made a brief pitching appearance, and Berea's April 16 game against Centre lists him starting at third base, showing his versatility as an IF/P.


One notable offensive moment came against Asbury on March 5. Phillips scored a run and stole a base, and he was one of the Berea runners who scored in the late innings of the 13–7 loss
