2024–25 — Freshman Season

Smith began his Berea College tennis career during the 2024–25 season as a freshman. The official Berea Athletics roster lists him as a 6-foot-1 freshman from Oakwood, Ohio, and Oakwood High School. He was part of a Berea men's tennis team that competed throughout the spring season

 

2025–26 — Sophomore Season

Smith returned to the Berea men's tennis program for the 2025–26 season as a sophomore. His sophomore season represented another year of collegiate experience with the Berea men's tennis program. As one of the returning players on the roster, Smith continued developing as a collegiate athlete and contributing to the Berea College athletic program.
