Harrodsburg, KY – The Berea College men's basketball team rallied from a 14-point deficit in the second half of Monday night's game against Campbellsville-Harrodsburg but ended up falling 86-76 in overtime.

Trey Minter (Louisville, KY) had a huge offensive game for Berea, dropping 34 points on 10-23 shooting. Junior
Isaac Caudill (Blackley, KY) had 19 points and nine rebounds and hit a three-pointer from the top of the key with .9 seconds remaining in regulation to tie the game and send it into the overtime period. Sophomore
Tyler Boggs (Whitesburg, KY) led the Mountaineers with 12 rebounds.
For the game, Berea shot 40% from the floor and made 10 of 24 attempts from behind the arc, but the Mountaineers converted just 2-9 shots in the extra frame and were 0-3 from long range. Berea also committed 21 turnovers leading to 26 points for the Pioneers and were outscored 54-24 in the paint.
Berea (3-4) returns home to the Seabury Center Thursday night when they host Midway University at 7:00 PM.
