The Mountaineers were unable to win the road game against Marietta College. Marietta was able to dominate the Mountaineers in the 1^st half, scoring 6 goals on 23 shots. The Mountaineers were able to get the game back under control in the 2^nd half, not allowing Marietta to score more goals.
 
The Mountaineers started sluggish, only registering 5 shots in the 1^st half compared to Marietta's 23. The Mountaineers registered 10 shots, 16 saves, 1 corner kick, and 8 fouls.
