Decatur, GA - Women's basketball put on an impressive display as they secured a commanding 80-41 victory over Agnes Scott.
Jayden Merriweather shone with a stellar performance, notching 18 points and 11 rebounds, marking her first double-double of the season. Merriweather's exceptional accuracy from beyond the arc was evident as she drained 6 three-pointers. Additionally, LynKayalah James and Ashyia Maddickes contributed 12 points each, adding to the team's formidable offensive presence.
Right from the opening quarter, the Mountaineers initiated a relentless offensive onslaught, building a solid lead over Agnes Scott. As halftime approached, the Mountaineers had established a commanding 52-16 advantage, showcasing their dominance on the court.
