HANOVER, IN – Berea College faced a tough loss on the road, falling 5-0 to Hanover. The match began with Hanover scoring in the first half within just 11 minutes, and that single goal held until halftime.
At the start of the second half, miscommunication led to a quick goal by Hanover just 45 seconds into the period. Omar Dizdar then added his second goal of the game, increasing the score to 3-0. Following this, goalkeeper Eris Acosta was substituted for Marcus Bishop. Unfortunately, Berea's defense continued to struggle, allowing two more goals before the final whistle.
