HARRODSBURG, KY - On Wednesday evening, the Mountaineers faced off against Campbellsville University, with kickoff at 7 PM. The match proved to be a competitive encounter, ultimately resulting in a 2-2 tie. The Pioneers opened the scoring with a goal in the first half, taking an early 1-0 lead.

The Mountaineers responded in the second half, with Payton Bugg scoring the team's first goal, followed shortly by another goal, giving the Mountaineers a 2-1 advantage. Despite strong defensive efforts, the Pioneers equalized with a goal toward the end of the second half, concluding the match at 2-2.



The Mountaineers demonstrated offensive capabilities, recording a total of 36 shot attempts compared to Campbellsville's 5. Berea earned 4 corner kicks, while the Pioneers managed 1.

The Mountaineers will next compete at home against Franklin College this Saturday in Berea, Kentucky, with kickoff scheduled for 1 PM.
