BEREA, KY – The Mountaineers secured a hard-fought victory over Franklin College in an intense four-set match, winning 3-1. The team's impressive statistics highlighted their depth, with a total of 43 assists, 51 kills, and 71 digs, while Franklin recorded 46 assists, 50 kills, and 72 digs.

Idymel Ayala Rivera led the team with 35 assists and added 8 digs. Sophomore
Alexis McCullough made a notable impact with 8 kills and 4 digs. Senior
Deanna De La Torre excelled offensively, recording 22 kills with an impressive .300 hitting percentage, along with 8 digs and 2 blocks. Freshman
Nashaliz Garcia contributed with 6 kills and a block assist, while
