Montgomery, AL- Softball travels to Huntingdon College in a double header matchup. Berea loses both games, with the scores being 17-0 and 16-0.
 

Game One: Berea 0, Huntingdon 17

With a scoreless first inning for the Mountaineers, Huntingdon is the first to get on the board, scoring one run in the bottom of the first inning. Going into the top of the second inning, Berea remained scoreless, but Huntingdon began to heat up and added ten runs to their lead in the bottom of the second inning. The Mountaineers remained scoreless for the rest of the game, but Huntingdon scored five runs in the bottom of the third, and one run in the bottom of the fourth. The final score of the game was 17-0, with Huntingdon College taking game one. 
 

Game Two: Berea 0, Huntingdon 16

Going into the top of the first inning of game two, the Mountaineers remained scoreless. Huntingdon was again the first on the board, scoring nine runs in the bottom of the first inning. In the second inning of the game, both teams struggled to put up runs. With a scoreless third inning for the Mountaineers, Huntingdon scored five runs in the bottom of the third inning. The Mountaineers remained scoreless for the rest of the game, but Huntingdon scored two more runs, adding to their lead. The final score of the game was 16-0.
 

The Mountaineers next game will be against Wesleyan College on March 29, 2024.
