Berea Volleyball Battles Hard in Road and Conference Matchups
Game 1: Mountaineers Fall in Five Sets at Spalding University (2–3)

The Berea College Women's Volleyball team opened the week on the road with a competitive five-set match against Spalding University, ultimately falling 2–3. Nashaliz Garcia led the way with an impressive performance—recording 18 kills, 2 aces, and 4 blocks. Alaya Scoggins followed with 13 kills and 1 block, while Kamila Zelaya added 10 kills and 13 digs. Setter Kiara Arzuaga ran the offense with 44 assists, 2 aces, 1 block, and 17 digs. Defensively, Amelie Cora Rolland tallied 20 digs and 4 assists to anchor the back row.
 
Game 2: Berea Drops Conference Match to Earlham College (1–3)

The Mountaineers returned home for a conference matchup against Earlham College, where they fell in four sets. Sol Yashira Rodríguez Nazario paced the offense with 11 kills and 2 blocks, while Garcia added 10 kills, 1 block, and 1 ace. Zelaya contributed 7 kills and 11 digs, and Scoggins led the front line with 3 blocks. Arzuaga once again filled the stat sheet with 31 assists and 14 digs. Rolland was a defensive standout, posting a match-high 29 digs along with 3 assists.
