Berea College Women's Cross-Country team hosted a competitive field on their home course on August 30, 2025. Racing in the season-opening 5K meet, the Mountaineers put in a strong performance to finish 3rd overall, tying Transylvania University with 104 points but edging them out on a tiebreaker. The team recorded a total time of 1:44:55, averaging 20:59 per runner.

Madison Stonestreet led the team with a commanding 1st place overall finish, clocking in at 18:51.6. Junior
Muhorakeye Joyeuse followed with a solid performance, placing 22nd in 20:47.9. Junior
E Chambers secured 29th place with a time of 21:07.3, while junior
Chrystal Cornwell and freshman
Nika Davenport contributed crucial points, finishing 41st (21:43.3) and 46th (22:25.3), respectively.

Carah Anteck and senior
Brooke Donley rounded out the team's scoring with finishes at 47th (22:25.9) and 55th (23:13.2), respectively.
