2024–25 Season

Braden Hudson began his collegiate golf career at Berea College during the 2024–25 season as a freshman. A Berea, Kentucky, native and Madison Southern High School graduate, Hudson joined the Mountaineers alongside several other first-year golfers.

Hudson competed during Berea's fall tournament schedule, including the Alice Lloyd Fall Invite, HCAC Preview, Stateline Shootout, and Beaver Fall Classic. At the Earlham Forest Hills Invitational in September, Hudson recorded a first-round score of 103 before the second round was listed as a DNF.

Berea continued its season with spring tournaments at Battlefield Golf Course, Old Bridge Golf Course, and the HCAC Championship at Forest Hills Golf Club. At the 2025 HCAC Championship, Hudson completed all three rounds, shooting 117, 102, and 107 for a three-round total of 326 (+116). He finished 44th overall.

Braden Hudson returned to the Berea College men's golf team for his sophomore season in 2025–26. He continued to compete throughout the Mountaineers' tournament schedule, which included the Maggie Mountain Invitational, Forest Hills Invitational, Stateline Shootout, HCAC Preview, Alice Lloyd Spring Invitational, Alice Lloyd Last Shot Tournament, and HCAC Championships.

Hudson opened the season at the Maggie Mountain Invitational, where he improved from +20 in the first round to +15 in the second, finishing with a two-round total of +35. He followed that performance at the Forest Hills Invitational, shooting +23 and +26 for a total of +49.

At the HCAC Preview in October, Hudson finished with a two-round total of +59. He also competed at the Alice Lloyd College Spring Invitational in March 2026, where he shot +13 in the first round before finishing the tournament with a difficult second round of +61.
