Berea College

Kiel Emberton serves as Associate Director of Athletics at Berea College, leading athletic compliance and business operations for the department. Prior to stepping into his leadership role, he served the college in several capacities starting in 2012, including Assistant Athletic Director, Seabury Center Manager and Aquatics Director, Evening Coordinator, and Health and Human Performance Lecturer.

Emberton earned a B.S. in Recreational Administration and an M.S. in Sports Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

At Berea, Emberton oversees rules compliance, roster governance, and internal business operations for the athletics department, ensuring all Mountaineer programs operate efficiently and within governing standards.

Kiel resides in Berea with his wife, Emily, and their two children, Hadley and Hayes.
