Berea began Week 6 on the road at Transylvania University on October 8, suffering a narrow 1–0 defeat in Lexington. The Pioneers struck in the 21st minute when Dylan Barnes converted off a setup from McKay Wheatley, and that lone goal held through full time. Berea's goalkeeper Eris Acosta had a standout performance with six saves, keeping the Mountaineers within reach despite Transylvania's 12 total shots and 11 corner kicks. Dody Kenas recorded Berea's only shot on goal through a tough defense, while Peter Mensah and Carlos Field-Bennett also contributed key defensive efforts in a tight match where the Mountaineers were limited to four shots overall.

Game 2: Berea Come Up short at Manchester 2-0
The Mountaineers closed the week on October 11 with a 2–0 conference loss at Manchester University in Spartan Stadium. Berea created multiple scoring chances, tallying 12 shots and eight on target, but was unable to break through against Manchester goalkeeper Will Martin, who finished with eight saves. Manchester scored in the 36th and 52nd minutes through Alan Galvez and Edwin Rodriguez. Peter Mensah led Berea with four shots on goal, while Tobore Takpor added two more strong attempts. Goalkeepers Eris Acosta and Marcus Bishop combined for four saves, splitting time in net. Despite the setback, Berea showed improved offensive pressure and defensive structure throughout the match.
