MOUNTAINEERS OPEN SEASON WITH STRONG PERFORMANCES AT CENTRE FIRST CHANCE INDOOR MEET
DANVILLE, KY – The Berea College men's track and field team kicked off their season at the Centre First Chance Indoor meet, showcasing some strong individual performances.
Robert Russell excelled in the Long Jump, securing 3rd place with an impressive leap of 6.21m. He also demonstrated his versatility in the Triple Jump, finishing 4th with a jump of 11.99m.

In the Pole Vault, Dillon Gregg and Isaac Chavez both competed valiantly, achieving 7th and 9th place with heights of 3.10m and 2.70m, respectively. Meanwhile, in the Shot Put, Anthony Boggs and Isaac Chavez recorded throws that placed them 23rd and 25th, with distances of 9.50m and 8.62m. Additionally, Boggs had a notable performance in the Weight Throw, securing 15th place with a throw of 9.33m.
